I have been granted relief from registration. I thank you all for the information you have shared including Janice and the ACSOL.

I had a felony 311.11(a) in California from 2012.
The law then was a wobbler.
Got a 1203.4 in like 2019.
Fought for a 17(b) which was granted in 2024. That dropped me from a tier 3 to a tier 1. I had to send many emails to the CA DOJ to reduce.
I then petitioned a termination and it took about 5 months which the judge signed without opposition since the police report had zero issues.
If anyone needs any info that I had to go through, reply to this message.
