Each year we will start a new page, just like we do for International Travel.
I was convicted in 2010 of Poss. of Child Porn, went to Federal Prison for 10 years (1st offense) and have just completed mandatory therapy (a 5 year course here in MT) am a tier1 PFR. Am receiving social security and 100% military disability and will be off probation in a few months. Does Argentina allow PFR to immigrate there? Would like to retire to a nice quite beach area and live out the few years left me.
If you have dual citizenship and two passports is your dual citizenship passport linked to your USA passport? Like I can travel to any country using my for example, Greece passport?
Hey all, just wanted to say, I finally got my Permanent Residency approved in my wife’s home country. Those of you who know where I’m at, family reunification visas don’t require background checks. For those who don’t know, Asalamualaikum from SEA.
If you intend to head this way make sure to use a third country layover and a ticket from outside the US because they will literally just see notice pop up with a red bar in the immigration screen.
This happened a few weeks ago to a guy 3 counters over from me and he was taken to the interrogation room. I didn’t see him at the baggage collection after so I assume he didn’t make it.
This is a question for the Michigan PFR’s that are on here, or those that know the rules regarding the 21 day notice.
So, planning on traveling to Europe soon, and it’s to be a one way trip. I’m going to go do my 21 day, and wonder what they require on the form. Here’s the kicker though. I never updated my registration with my passport info, so if I did that now, it’s possible I’d be in violation of the registry rules on when to update (renewed my passport 4 years ago).
My passport is not a US one. I do not have a US passport, just my French one, as I am a permanent resident.
Next. If I fill out the form and mis-type my passport number, what could happen?
I do not plan on returning to the US. Ever. It’s a return ticket, but there will be no return …
