TX: Texas embalmer charged with mutilating corpse of registered sex offender

A Texas woman has been charged with abusing a corpse after she allegedly used a scalpel to castrate the body of a registered sex offender last month, officials said.

Amber Paige Laudermilk, 34, was employed as an embalmer at Memorial Mortuary & Crematory in Houston when she allegedly mutilated the body of Charles Roy Rodriguez, 58, in February, according to a statement on Monday from Constable Alan Rosen of Harris County Precinct One.

Rodriguez was a registered sex offender and was charged with sexual assault in 2001. He died of natural causes at a Houston hospital in January, the statement said.

Charging documents identify two employees of Memorial Mortuary & Crematory at the scene who witnessed the crime. The first witness allegedly saw Laudermilk stab Rodriguez twice in the groin in the cremation room before cutting off his penis and placing it in his mouth.

Laudermilk told the first witness, who is an embalming student, “You didn’t see anything,” in a manner that the witness “perceived to be as threatening,” the documents said.

She’s such a sadist she’d be a perfect pick for the Oklahoma senate.

Talk about a mentally disturbed woman. Hopefully prison charges are in order and shes barred from said profession. She did all of that for a dude that committed a crime back in 2001 of all things and couldnt just be happy he was dead……sick

Perhaps she should be registered? Shouldn’t we just presume that she has has subjected dozens, maybe hundreds, possibly thousands of other corpses to her sick and twisted predation? As such, obviously we should further presume, with no need for any supporting evidence and ignoring any and all evidence that may suggest otherwise, that this unquestionably proves she also snatches live children from playgrounds and schoolyards on a routine basis, and will continue to do so until the day she dies.

Just tell the same lies about her that….

TX would presume that if I even attempted to get a job as an embalmer, it would have to be because I wanted to… so… why not presume whatever we want about her? Just make up whatever story we feel like, ignore anything and everything that gets in the way, demand our fabricators have to be true… then refuse to listen to any suggestions that they are not!

That’s what TX does with PFRs, so let’s do it right back at her!

Better safe then sorry… and if it saves…. just …1…. child!😢

” This case is about two troubled people the SO and the defendant.” A person who committed a crime 24 years ago isn’t a troubled person today, however a person who decides to attack a dead person’s groin area is a troubled SOB today.

Makes you wonder how often this takes place without being reported.

DISGUSTING AND SICK!!! And I bet nobody with the legal know how (aka: lawyers) will step up and help this man’s family sue the ***k out of this funeral home. We registrants are abandoned and all alone unless magically we have the money to pay for legal help. This is only going to get worse!!!

Lady, just because you were likely abused as a child, doesn’t give you the right to take it out on someone else–living or dead.

Did she think he was going to rise from the dead and attack her? Did she even know what he was convicted of? I bet she felt like she was doing justice by stabbing him and cutting off his joystick. She should have her legs sown shut with her mentally or lack of it.

I would wager my entire year’s salary that this is not the first time she has mutilated a corpse.

Her bravado and confidence to do this in front of someone may come from years of constant corpse mutilations.

I cannot even imagine what she has done to the bodies of children.

That should definately qualify her for the registry, and then perhaps she will know that mans pain. That would be justice, a lifetime of humiliation for her unjustified witch hunt hatred.
