Recently, Redding Police Chief Brian Barner and his staff found out that the ‘Guestplace Inn & Suites’ on Cypress Avenue is housing 18 registered sex offenders and arsonists. Those receiving housing are apart of the ‘No Boundaries’ program. CA: California shrank prisons with sentencing changes. A new study shows how that’s working
