FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – The woman accused of opening fire in a home for registered sex offenders was in court on Monday.

45-year-old Jennifer Cedano faces four felony charges, including assault with a semi-automatic firearm.

I don’t know the full RAP sheet says about this person and this case, but if premeditated murder is not on the list of charges, then the DA is going light. She knew what she was doing (I suspect) and that fits the very definition of premeditated. DA’s showing prosecutorial discretion without the fullest extent of the law are wimps in the legal system.

She’ll be out at 53

At first I thought the image was a stock photo of a gentleman covered in tattoos, until I saw the newsclip 😬 I’ve seen many Karens, but this one is down right scary

She reminds of the women you never took home to meet your mom because mama would knock you out.

Throw the book at her. Whatever the maximum punishment is, that’s what she should get. These people are not capable of remorse, so they are extremely dangerous and likely to reoffend.

The reason why this type of thing doesn’t happen often in Florida is good, but for the wrong reasons. Most people on the registry have been run out of their homes due to the state’s oppresive child safety zones. So it’s hard to find them when they’re outside and homeless without an address

Let’s face it. Who will care? Each time it happens society will cheer them as hero’s for ridding us from the world. Watch and see

I’m sure the DA would be going for the electric chair if the intended victims were anything but registrants.
