Today in a statement to “PEOPLE” magazine a spokesman for the senator Ted Cruz later noted that the internet fuss about Cruz’s comments came from a stray word. A verbal slip up the spokesperson said he was speaking of a serious of crimes and the people who commit them, he ment to say, democrats and republicans should unite and “start” attacking PFR not stop attacking them.
I can’t believe this guys was on national tv telling Americans and politicians to go out and attack People on the registry, that’s crazy.

How do the masses know of re:Taylor case that permits registrants to be at parks? How do the masses know you are legally off the registry and to leave you alone?
There are irrational people out there that still believe anyone on the registry are all pedo’s. The registry has brainwashed people that anyone on the registry are monsters that cannot be rehabilitated.
The registry isn’t a civil in nature when its current purpose is retributive such that it brainwashes the masses minds to see PFR’s only as monsters who cannot be rehabilitated b/c they’re all pedo’s. A PFR who earned their way off the registry still cannot escape the blanket of the registry.
I have no issue with people of the same gender being together as long as everything is consensual and legal so no one ends up as a person forced to register. I also have no issue with anyone wanting to keep the relationship or hookup from being known.
What I have a problem with is those who secretly do either and at the same time denigrate and/or try to take rights away from those of the same gender being together.
I am waiting for Grindergate to happen to expose these politicians who treat others like dirt in hope these politicians get voted out of office. As a person forced to register I know what it feels like to be treated like dirt. The only people I want to feel like dirt are those who are treating others like dirt so they can learn their behavior is unacceptable.
Years ago I lost all of my few gay friends when things started getting bad for them in TX and they all moved to CA. Many of those so called Christians are full of hate and sh_t with their myth – you can not have contact with a gay person or you will become gay. Not once did any of these friends try to persuade me to change my orientation. All they did was support me with my registry label struggles and make me laugh, while others treated me like dirt. And because TX politicians and churchgoers treated my friends like dirt, I lost those friends.
I still wonder how much longer before the fed goons come after us people forced to register as they consider us the enemy and haul us off to a gulag with no due process until we die. I seem to remember there has been one or more courts that have ruled in registration issues that due process happened at the original court trial and any punishment later from registry related issues do not need due process because of the original due process. So I can see us being hauled off with no due process.

I wonder how many people on the registry actually got away and was able to move to another country, I remember that one dude on YouTube but I haven’t heard much about people escaping the registry without petitioning the courts. For instance, even if you do make it out of the country if you’re not back to do your annual registration, it’s gonna trigger a nationwide warrant for your arrest and yes they will expedite you from another country back to California and convict you failure to register. There’s no escape.
My spouse was just informed that his sharper future therapy in Irvine, CA is shuffling groups after 10 months and that he will have to begin phase one over…he has been out 2 years, and this is the second time Sharper future has basically done this. They stated that all those in the session that have been vague with their answers will be starting over in phase 1. Nothing in writing and my spouse doesn’t want to rock the boat with 602 due to his POs being very diabolically evil. My spouse has passed every lie detector test (3), is employed and has housing…it is almost like this is the only way they can keep him on Parole. IT is unbelievably cruel to the family…If anyone here has delt with Sharper Future and has advice…open to hearing it.
I heard President Trump is considering pardoning Maxwell and P Diddy, so I hope his next move is to abolish the registry.

Us people forced to register have experienced many of our constitutional rights taken away. If martial law is declared, then those not forced to register will experience what we constantly experience.
In my state, if I wear a mask and use a gun to force the kidnapping and binding of naked US minor citizens, upon being found guilty, I would be a person forced to register for life. I presume this would also be true in Chicago, IL. So when is this going to happen to those who wore masks and used guns to force the kidnapping and binding of naked US minor citizens?
I was reading the case: People v. Fragoso in California under Categories: Good news. When trying to get off the registry, Does anyone know if a DA in Florida has to show burden of proof that a person with a conviction from 30 years ago, who has been arrest free, is a threat to society? Or is this only in California?
A new disclosure form was included when I went to register in CA. Nothing serious, but among the new fine print there was mention that — as best as I can remember –Tier placement for convictions before 2021 shall be decided by the CA DOJ. Tier placements for convictions after 2021 shall be decided by the Courts.
Is that statement a nothing burger or can pre-2021 registrants petition the DOJ to be moved to a lesser tier? Probably too good to be true.
Many years ago ACSOL held protests at the city of Carson city hall then the park. I was there but today they still have restrictions against ALL registrants from going to their city parks under the municipal code 41502. What can we do to address this?

That’s when I started to worry. Are we reaching a point where the First Amendment is being interpreted not by what we actually say, but by how someone chooses to perceive it?
I hope that our justice system is focused on real threats—on people who have the means and intent to cause harm—not on everyday Americans who are simply venting, frustrated, or speaking from the heart.
I believe in equal rights, in justice, and in the laws that protect us all. But lately, I’ve started to question the wave of new civil laws being introduced. Some of them feel like they chip away at the very freedoms our forefathers fought and died for. If we’re not careful, we risk losing something sacred.
So this is just a reminder: speak your truth, but be mindful. Don’t let formatting or emotion be used against you. And let’s keep asking questions—respectfully, but firmly—about how our rights are being interpreted and enforced.

So anyone convicted of ANY felony has to register in Florida within 48 hours of being released from prison or moving to Florida?
Seems that our guy who got f#ck#d by Wisconsin’s long arm registration law just extended his post conviction appeal again for the 3rd time. Maybe his post conviction counsel is cooking up something for the cheeseheads. I hope it works, because folks like I are getting tired of updating identifiers & registering with Wisconsin when we haven’t lived there for years.
I hope Maxwell is pardoned. I think that will be the downfall and final nail…
I had 2 wrongful convictions on my record, back in 2010 the court made some kind of
“clerical error” instead of granting my probation transfer into their county, they granted me probation on my old convictions as if I committed them in their county.. I know it’s very confusing and It was really hard to clean up.
San Bernardino County court didn’t wanna admit their mistake and tried to make me eat those two extra felony (FTR) convictions on my record. After months of being told, it was fixed and given stamped papers by the clerks office saying it was corrected when I went to do my petition for 290 removal the Long Beach district attorney‘s office said I still have 2 (FTR) convictions out of San Bernardino County and wanted 6 more years of registration. So I had to literally file a motion to vacate, under proof of innocences and went before the judge and had him correct it and put it on minute order and send it to the DOJ.
Before all that I had 2 (FTR) convictions that added 6 years to my registration time period, I tried calling lawyers all across California trying find someone to help get my (FTR) reduced to a misdemeanor no Lawyer would do it. All of them told me it wasn’t even possible. I ended up getting them both reduced to a misdemeanor and dismissed shaving off 4 years of my registration time period. I’m sharing this just to say to people out there.,don’t give up, don’t lose hope, file 17(B) motions file dismissals see what you can and can’t do try to get tier reassessment, you gotta fight. You can’t just sit back and wait for something to happen. You gotta make it happen if your tier 3 you need to figure out a way to get off I know it’s not easy but there’s away you gotta just find it.
I found a new petition over at Change.org called the Jake Thomas Act that deals with the idea of a new sports coach registry for WA State due to a Tier 3 person being a coach of a youth sports team upsetting a parent whose youth was on the team of this coach.
Bringing this to everyone’s attention so they can watch this and fight it as needed.

Duties imposed by the sentencing court as a debt owed to society for the conviction of a crime. Punishment for the offense? Peonage? Take your pick!
Converting liberty for these members of the public into a felony offense!!
The government cannot use Civil remedies to compel anyone to provide free public safety services (duties). Especially while it pays others who are part of the same public safety service. Unless, of course, it is punishment for an offense!
Shyte, even while incarcerated, the law requires inmates to be PAID for the services (duties) they provide while serving their sentence,
