I really need to stay In Colorado for 2 or 3 weeks BUT I can’t out of risk of being placed back into (SORNA ) international data system.
I called down there to see if I could petition for removal from California without stepping foot in Colorado BUT they said no I have to be a resident there and depending on you old conviction, you might have to register 15-20 or for life.
they also said they won’t know until I come down there.
Then they asked for my name and for my family’s address out there to see if I’m even allowed to live in that neighborhood because they have resident restrictions even if you’re not on parole.
I laughed and hung the phone. I bet they ran my phone number and traced it back to California after getting all worked up the hunt.
The stupid part about all this is I can visit out there for 14 days out of 1 calendar year which I don’t understand because, if a person was really this big threat to society I’m pretty sure they can do alot of damage in 14 days.
For those who follow the US Rep (R) from SC who is running for the SC Gov seat after being in Congress for two terms now, they seem to have a temper that is not afraid to be displayed at anytime or place according to what I am reading online, especially Charleston Airport. Has anyone, being on the registry, gone recently to disney land in Anaheim without having trouble going in? Just asking because I have a family member that works there and said that they recently have a facial recognition system and if your face or info pops up they red flag you and get turned away. Idk if its true or not just wanted to know
Scrolling on Face book I came upon something disturbing. With AI exploding and all these AI chat sites opening I saw an advertisement on Facebook, it showed an AI generated image of what was clearly a child and it said you could create your own image, let your imagination go. Then it said because these aren’t real people 18 USC 2252A is exempt. So first off, for Zuckerberg to allow this he is has become the lowest of the low. Secondly, That was my charge and i went through he federal system and let me tell you, if they want to charge you they can and will. Thirdly, It may very well have been the feds just targeting my personal computer tempting me, I wouldn’t put it past them and I have experienced similar odd advertisement over the last 15 years. But if anyone comes across this I highly recommend don’t dabble with it. I know the feds can even pull and “intent” charge out of the hat and charge you for what you were thinking in a situation like this. So please be careful with this new AI it is a minefield..
I just heard that CA rep Scott Weiner, who helped us pass the Tiered registry law among other things is going to run against Nancy Pelosi for her congressional seat. … I hope Scott Weiner, who is a champion for our cause, will take it from her.

I rec’d my registration termination letter from DOJ today. The last sentence was particularly amusing.
”Be aware that your requirement to register may be reinstated if you are convicted of another sex offense in the future.” They have to take that parting shot to show who (they think) is in control. While I know this is a form letter, it still irks me that they put that as the last sentence. Couldn’t end on a more inspiring note, like “ we hope you have learned your lesson “ or “ hope to never hear from you again”.

I will be eligible to petition for removal in Santa Barbara County in January 2026. The last time I registered the officer literally laughed in my face when I said this would be the last time for me.
