ACSOL Board Members Janice Bellucci and Roger Hunnicutt will meet in the offices of four members of Congress on March 6. Two of the four meetings will be in the D.C. offices of Congressional members Greg Steube and Nancy Mace who recently introduced legislation harmful to registrants. The remaining meetings will be in the offices of the Congressional members who represent the two board members.
“It is important to meet in the offices of Congressional members who introduce legislation that could significantly those required to register,” stated ACSOL Executive Director Janice Bellucci. “Those members need to know that there is a downside to introducing bills that violate the U.S. Constitution as well as harm up to one million Americans.”
During those meetings, ACSOL will hand deliver letters of opposition to HR 7453, Hr 7624 and HR 7702 (see below). ACSOL will also deliver a brochure regarding facts about the registry, including that no registry has ever been deemed to prevent sexual abuse.

Janice and all at ACSOL: Thank you all SO MUCH for all you are doing to keep these garbage bills from becoming law. You all are the best!
Stuebe is the US Rep for my area in Florida. I get his weekly emails. I don’t agree with about 1/2 of his agenda, and certainly not his scheme to deny 1 million Americans healthcare. But I have to admit that he is a hard worker and takes his job seriously. He is really a decent man who is trying to make a difference. I think he just doesn’t really know the truth about People Forced to Register (PFR) and the statistics. I think he really believes that we are all hopelessly Incorrigible monsters . I think he also believes that people don’t have the capacity to heal from sexual harm. But I think that he can be reasoned with. I think that he is a nice man.
Add another one to your list. I just saw that Anna Paulina is introducing a bill to no longer allow plea deals to anyone convicted of a sex crime…..so what about the PFR who did get pleas? Will we all go back to court? Or is this a from here on out thing. Ughhhhh
Go big or go home!
I support you in prayers.
Thank you, Janice and Roger for taking the effort and time to meet with these misguided and ignorant House Members. It is unfortunate that their hate exceeds their wisdom. I hope you change that.
All these bills need to be rescinded at once. Especially the making us “ineligible” for Medicaid. Those forced to register that are currently enrolled in Medicaid is NOT “waste, fraud or abuse.” DODGE has already been disbanded so he can stop thinking about that nonsense.
Go get em Janice & Team! Can’t believe anyone would think these bills are just or moral. So ridiculous.
For those who are going to DC this weekend, is there anything we can do to support this?
