All hail the rebirth of the third Reich! Is that what we get for transplanting Nazi scientists and officers to the US? Yes!
Anyone wanna place bets on which state will implement different registries to outdo Indiana?
What’s next? Late land tax payments? lol
Well it’s all for the kids so it must be good.
What they are creating in this country is a caste system, where everyone will be regulated according to his or her official government label. It is Just a matter of time, depending on how fast the media is in creating new monsters to register, and the public’s lazy appetite for applying simple criminal remedies for every possible complex social problem that makes the headlines.
An idea:
Instead of creating another meaningless recording keeping system how about spending time and other limited resources doing whatever necessary to prevent neglect or abuse from happening in the first place?
Another after the fact punishment. Janice I believe this is something you should really follow. There will definitely be people taking this to court and eventually Supreme Court about this child abuse registry. This may be another way to get to the Supreme Court and show that these registries are a punishment and not administrative. Also I wonder if they are going to go back and get every single person charged with child abuse and put them on this registry. It may be a good idea to go ahead and get an organization started in Indiana to help people on that registry since we already know its cosequences and also know what’s coming. Joblessness, homelessness, harassment, unending new ordinances and more hurt family members. Let’s be proactive and that will also make us be able to keep up with the lawsuits that are going forward that we know are coming. Then we can have our day in court again and present real facts….By the way, I thought the registry was implemented on the (false) notion that RSOs have.a high recidivism rate….So then whats the excuse for this one? Janice this is yours for the taking!!!!!!

Are you sure about that? She was just in Arizona arguing a case. She’s also been sworn in as a U.S. attorney.
