For the love of God, when is this madness going to stop? what he did was wrong and he needs mental help but if that’s what the D.A is going to use than that is just one more reason for the registry to be abolished and people need to wake up to the political garbage that is being played here.
Well, I did read in the article the guy is being accused of sexually abusing the cat. I would have been surprised if he wasn’t being considered for being added to the list. (Yes, even just on the accusation)
Give him 16 years in prison as planned! Someone with a pattern of violence like this should NOT be let out for a long time. PERIOD. There is no excuse for violence, let alone a long pattern of it. Putting him on the registry is a joke. If anything it makes the hundreds of thousands of people on the registry look Worse to be grouped with this disgusting monster. Animals will ALWAYS be more helpless than human beings. People like this are the ‘worst of the worst’.
