FL: ClearMyCase suit DISMISSED!

We are pleased to have learned that Judge Dimitrouleas DISMISSED the lawsuit filed against us by ClearMyCase.

For some time we’d been receiving complaints from FAC members and registrants from other states about a company out of Texas called ClearMyCase.com. The company had been using the State Sex Offender registries as a mailing list to solicit “fees” to help “de-register” people from the Sex Offender Registry.

Amazing how long it takes for the dirtbags case to be tossed. Same thing happened to me by Charles Rodrick and Brent Oesterblad. They sued me, but the case was eventually dismissed after several months of frustration and anger towards them and the courts. The courts are FAR TOO SLOW in dismissing obviously frivolous lawsuits which allows these con artists to thrive on torturing people using the court system as a tool. The worst part is they never seem to get hit with the vexatious litigants status.

I hope this news gets spread as much as when ClearMyCase sought for defamation suit. I’d like to see links to resources making an article from this dismissal. Otherwise, the omission of this information will only keep RC’s as monsters as the lasting information is ClearMyCase filing a defamation suit against FAC.
