So, I guess that means all charges are dropped and the arrest record will be sealed, rght?
Oh, that’s right, it’s Florida! The State is probably moving to have him civilly committed as an SVP!! (Not laughing.😒)
Have to wonder if he was the “victim” in this at his own hands…i.e. taking photos of himself and then keeping them.
Wow! There are adults in Florida prisons doing life for mere possession of child pornography because of some mandatory minimum law they had–don’t know if they still have that law for possession. Anyways I find it crazy that Floriduh officials believe 12 year old kids are smart enough to know the consequences of murder (yes, Florida gave a 12 year old a murder conviction for roughousing his sister to death) but a 15 to year old is too dumb to know the consequences of producing child porn, so we wont charge him but instead release him to his guardians.
Some of his videos showed adult men engaging with sex acts with 2 year olds. He’s not a guy who was arrested for “sexting” pictures of himself. Don’t have a lot of sympathy for him.
