A jury yesterday convicted a Michigan man of aggravated indecent exposure for using a Tickle Me Elmo doll to masturbate while he was inspecting a residence on behalf of a potential purchaser.
Kevin ____, 60, was found guilty of the misdemeanor following a one-day trial in Oakland County Circuit Court. The jury acquitted ____ of malicious destruction of property, also a misdemeanor.
Judge Phyllis McMillen scheduled ____’s sentencing for December 2. The indecent exposure count carries a maximum penalty of two years in prison and a $2000 fine.
____, who works as a home inspector, was arrested last year after the owners of a suburban Detroit home contacted cops to report that a nanny cam recorded ____ pleasuring himself inside the residence.

Well this is very disturbing, but I don’t see anywhere where he has to register as a sex offender? Did I miss it? This is no different than having a babysitter, and having him/ her pleasure herself, in your house. Well disturbing, it happens.
I’m not condoning the act, but indecent exposure? He was not in anybody’s view. He was captured by a hidden camera. I don’t think the charge fits the crime.

If it is, how is everyone that has ever showered anywhere but at home not equally guilty? The crime was, “Indecent exposure”… aren’t people usually naked when showering? Might not a person actually be nude outside the shower, such when stepping into or out of? Oh, that’s right…showering isn’t indecent, but what he did was! The person who wonders around the locker room at the gym totally nude for no reason, fine… locker room. This guy…not fine. Not fine because, masturbating…Elmo doll…CHILD’S ELMO DOLL!!!
