Action Alert for Florida: Email/Call TODAY (4/26) to fight fluorescent green license plates and more!

Source: floridaactioncommittee.org 4/26/23

Florida residents, write and call today!

There are multiple bills and amendments that would do things like assign a distinctive, fluorescent green license plate, red coloring on driver’s licenses, and require 24-hour vacation rental reporting.

This will be voted on TOMORROW, Thursday, April 27, 2023.

Read the details and take action today

They are doing everything possible to make your lives miserable!!

If Ron lived in Ohio where a yellow specialty plate is available to those who are on their DUI registry, then if he was required to register there because of his history, you bet he’d have one on each of his vehicles.

This is the scary part, no one in Ohio has challenged it as compelled speech. If FLA passes it into law, I’d hope someone would challenge the new law as compelled speech as well.

But what would be better, sadly, is if someone now recommends they institute a similar DUI registry and plate combination in FLA where Ron would have to then be party to for obvious reasons. Turn about is fair play even if it isn’t a play people want in the first place.

Fluorescent green license plate and red coloring on driver’s licenses should be considered compelled speech and be a form of inciting harrassment, discrimination, and violence. Lawsuits get ready! If those passes make Florida pay every cent!

This license plate is redundant over-policing as the cops already have LPRs. Make no mistake, this is being done exclusively for shaming and punishments reasons – not “public safety.”

Also, this would just be an open invitation for anyone to vandalize (key, put sugar in gas tank, pipe bomb, slash tires) any vehicle they see in a parking lot with this plate.

If anyone has been on the fence about leaving Florida, now would be a good time to do so. Don’t wait until the laser-etched QR codes are required there!

Lauren Book wiggles out of her crawl space again. She must be having more flashbacks and memories of what she endured as a child. Once again she wants to vent her rage on all pfrs. What a wicked woman. I find it silly that the bill applies to “sexual predators” designated under Florida law. It also applies to registered “sex offenders” designated under Florida law. Isn’t that kind of redundant? Just say it applies to all registered “sex offenders.” But they had to put the predator part in as subliminal messaging to make people think that all registrants are sexual predators.

Great. May be old Lauren would like a big Star of David on her license plate depicting that she is Jewish! What a low life hypocrite.
