the way it written it looks like the RSO has to STAY in that area and can not walk away to get food, water or drink

1938 Germany is alive and well in the US, especially in Florida. With the registrant ghettos, signs staked in the front yards of registrants’ homes and now this, is there any doubt where we as a nation are headed?

This kind of stuff scares the crap out of me and I agree with the comments on the website, that these requirements are far too burdensome and punitive and solely exist to provide the state with an excuse to lock up registrants for no good reason other than they can.

Americans really need to wake the hell up because what happens to the least of us can, AND WILL, happen to us all unless we as a society rise up against these UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws!

And I don’t buy into ANY of this b.s. that these laws are constitutional just because some right wing hack judges say they are.

We want you to be homeless… it is for the protection of all…. bs…

This is just plain scary. This is barely one step above permanent incarceration for all sex crimes. I hope the SCOTUS gets on this case and rules that this is indeed punitive once and for all.
