Masha Allen Lawsuit: Child Porn Victim Sues Viewers For $150K Apiece

PHILADELPHIA — A child pornography victim from Pennsylvania is using a law that carries her name to seek at least $150,000 each from her father, 13 other jailed men and anyone else who viewed explicit images of her.

“Masha’s Law” is named for Masha ____, a Russian orphan adopted at age 5 by divorced Pittsburgh-area millionaire ____ ____. He’s in prison for making and posting about 200 sexually explicit images of her that authorities believe have been viewed millions of times online. Full Article

Against the man who took the pictures and initially put them into circulation, I wholeheartedly think she should get everything she can. No girl that young should be victimized the way this young woman was. Personally, I think she should get everything her molester had, and even then it can’t make up for the innocence she lost at far too young an age.

That said, it is a dangerous precedent if she’s able to go after all the viewers. As we’ve seen in other articles posted on this site, some may have downloaded these without knowing ahead of time what they really were.
