I think that the DA, et al, are afraid that letting this man go on with his life might set a precedent and they would lose more of their cash cows. Consider all the jobs generated by these “patients.” And the legal system must keep up the fallacy that they are protecting society from the “predators.”

I would love the media to justify their sudden use of “convicted sex offender” in recent months by showing me an “unconvicted” sex offender.

I swear the hyperbole to keep the public in a panic is so over the top.

Why is that when it comes to registered citizens society won’t listen to its experts? In this case, the experts have determined that the registered citizen is ready to reintegrate into society. In addition, psychological studies have determined that the rate of re-offense for a rapist after age 60 is almost nil. It’s time to make decisions based upon facts, not fear!

They keep wasting taxpayer funds on a political agenda that puts it in direct conflict to human rights …..political prisoner…as we are in this registry.
