MILWAUKEE — Thanks to a CBS 58 Bottom Line Investigation Milwaukee now has a new sex offender ordinance.
CBS 58’s Investigative Reporter Sarah Barwacz brought the issue to lawmakers back in May after finding child predators living next to schools, daycare centers, and parks. It was legal for child predators to live next to schools and parks because there was no law against it. Some council members we spoke with felt Milwaukee had become overrun with offenders. This is too easy. What about murderers, arsonists (grass, trees, and plants normally burn really well), gang members (youth are best best target for gang longevity), drug dealers, the insane (not all of them are locked up in asylums), psychopaths, people of different faiths (wouldn’t that be a nightmare? Christian child becomes Muslim, Jewish child becomes Buddhist, Muslim child becomes a non believer), corrupt politicians, pimps (nothing is safer than a pimps place right with sex and more sex), pornographic filmmakers, porn stars, nude models, nudists, bdsm practitioners, and anyone associated with the mafia or organized crime?

RSO’s are not “animals,” and the majority of them were convicted of opportunistic crimes for which everyone who is no longer on parole has successfully completed a sex offender treatment program. Stop calling everyone on the registry a “predator.”
