ACSOL Declares Virtual Conference a Success

The Alliance for Constitutional Sex Offense Laws (ACSOL) conducted a successful two-day virtual conference on October 10 and 11. The conference featured plenary speakers such as criminal justice professor Dr. Alissa Ackerman, civil rights attorney Marcus Allen and Justin Brooks of the Innocence Project. ACSOL Postpones Annual Conference to October 10 and 11

The Alliance for Constitutional Sex Offense Laws (ACSOL) board of directors has decided to postpone its annual conference from May 29 and May 30 to October 10 and 11.  The board plans to conduct the conference at the same location, Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. “Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and closure of Southwestern Law School, the annual conference could not be held as planned on May 29 and May 30,” stated ACSOL President Chance Oberstein.  “We look forward to conducting the conference at the same location in October.”…

ACSOL Conference ticket sales halted

The ACSOL board of directors has decided to halt the sale of tickets for ACSOL’s annual conference which is scheduled to take place on May 29 and May 30 at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. This decision is based, in part, upon the fact the law school closed its campus to the public on March 11 for an indefinite period of time.
