would like information to help my son, who was sentenced under the one strike law for two counts of 288apc out of Riverside county 13 years,…we need help finding an attorney who is willing to help us file a writ to challenging how my son was unfairly sentenced and had ineffective legal counsel. I live in Corona, Ca and would be willing to attend meetings and help out in any way I can, I have hired many attorneys through out the years my son was incarcerated, they took my money then told me they could not help.

Your son is in my prayers. I was charged in Riverside on a bogus charge and basically put in a position where I could take the plea and get out that night or spend another year or two in jail and risking a jury trial in a county where no one ever gets acquitted buy a jury on a sex charge.

LOL…whoever is thumbs down on my posts, it shows how pathetic you are when I tell a mother I can understand what her son is going through and will pray for him.

I write on behalf of my best friends son. 20 years old, mentally challenged, was arrested or Indecent Exposure almost two years ago. Placed in a Group Home after sentencing, had small issues with pot and alcohol. THIS WAS DEEMED A MISDEAMEANOR, he had a D.A. who was relentless in seeing that he be classified as RSO.
