Question,
Are there parameters that trigger compliance checks?
certain felonies
parole vs probation
attitude of local agencies towards PFRs
I had a misdemeanor with 3 yrs probation and no incarceration. The only time I was visited was the last yr of probation. I was on my 3rd P.O. , the previous were both women and they both came by once in order that the outgoing could show the incoming ( a 1st timer ) how to do a compliance check. The 3rd was a nice guy, but was a by the book person. He came by 3 times, but just a knock and a quick look inside from the doorway. That was only for 6 months , since he didn’t object to early termination.Nothing invasive. Since off probation I have received nothing. Not even a call or knock.
So I am wondering why some get what this described as a rather thorough visit while others like myself get basically passed over. I was punctual on all in office visits requested and never late for my annual. Just seems inconsistent. But everything pertaining to the registry is consistently inconsistent! 🥴😵💫🙃😎😂
