Being homeless is not a crime. Yet, these men and yes, some woman are forced to find housing without proper tools or resources before they can be released. (Not provided access to research housing, employment opportunities, etc). This was the same situation i faced in California. They would not let people parole out of prison if they didn’t have a place to move to that was outside of the 2,000ft rule. Man justice due process protection from expost facto laws and the checks and balances of the branches of gov. Are being destroyed right in front of the eyes of all the sheeple of this country.
