It’s sad to see that most people are FOR a registry for murderers and some point out they already exist.

What people don’t understand is how any official list means people assume the government has it because those people are determined to still be a danger even though they may not be. These lists also allow businesses and housing opportunities to legally discriminate against them, both for employment and services, even if local laws protect felons after a certain number of years. These lists remove some people’s second chances in life, which you would think is a liberty that is a tradition in a country that claims to be “under God”.

These lists destroy and shame entire families and hurt attempts at rehabilitation.

If someone guilty of any crime, after getting help, still commits those crimes multiple times then the government should keep them locked up or heavily monitored and not just put on some list to make it the public’s job to monitor, shame, and police them.

That’s what I’ve been saying! Since the registry is about “safety”

Another post headline could read:…….but no DUI registry. Why not.?
DUI auto accidents leading cause of injury & death of minors. Where’s the ‘prevent’ bs scheme two face phonies with that DUI registry.?
That’s the leading danger to safety & life. You sham lame weak mule phonies.

ProvenU Wrong- I’ve answered this one in several of my posts of late.

Many Judges, Attorneys, Senators, Cops, Prosecutors and those in “Power” are either drunks or drink in excess on a regular basis.

How can we expect drunks to punish themselves. They just wont do it.
When you ask most drunks about self-control…they will all tell you they have complete control. They know when to stop, and they would never drive or commit any sort of crime during their drunkenness. Just ask them.

My bet is most of the elite get a ride home from the friendly officer when they are pulled over on the drive home after a drinking session. They love to get together at the local tavern following that big case, where they put someone away for several years. They celebrate this with parties.

As for a registry for Drunken Crimes, they found a registry for me…It’s called the SOR. They could have cared less that I had a heavy drinking problem my entire life.

All I can say is I haven’t had a drink in about 27 years now. I believe it has made living with the crap society has dealt me…well, it hasn’t been too bad in sobriety.

But it is punishment and those bastards know it is punishment and that’s why we don’t have a DUI list. Half of them would be on it.

Yup. So true Frank . Crooked protect the corrupt within their public position. That can work within the orange county courthouse. Obstruction of justice is orange county justice system.

One Reedit user nails it:

“You must have some sort of retarded death wish if you choose to harass murderers because you’re bored on the internet.”

Would love your thoughts, please comment.x
