NCMEC Hypocrisy on “Stranger Danger”

Yesterday, Callahan Walsh of NCMEC—The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children—appeared on Good Morning America to urge parents to stop using the phrase “stranger danger”—the phrase that NCMEC itself popularized for decades. They rightly noted—finally—that most child sexual exploitation is from someone known to the child, not a stranger. Full Article

    The effort to stay relevant is amazing by NCMEC as they broadcast a similar message using different wording, albeit one that is counterproductive.

    Wonder if they are in cahoots with websites who publish RC registry data…

    The NCMEC should be designated a hate group. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_group.
    Of course the definition applies to the US and its local governments, also.
    Wikipedia says:”Hatred or hate is a deep and extreme emotional dislike. It can be directed against individuals, groups, entities, objects, behaviors, or ideas. Hatred is often associated with feelings of anger, disgust and a disposition towards hostility.”
