Savagery.

can we name and same the “victim ” as well? no..

Popcorn anyone? My treat… This definitely calls for popcorn.

Another one of those ‘well intentioned’, feel good laws, that will go horribly wrong.

This is just one more reason why the public registry is dangerous and unconstitutional, when these hysterical mobs think of it they will comb the registry and start posting and harassing any and every student on the registry. A person just trying to take classes and rebuild their life will not be able to do so. The registry prevents rehabilitation. And the line that the university spokesperson said, “We aren’t sure if a student is running this web site.” Ha! He never heard of Who Is It! Not a very savvy university leader.

I looked at the website. 99% of the alleged incidents were not reported to the police. Yet, the accusers feel it’s necessary to name them on this website. Why?

Also, it’s not anonymous reporting anymore; the accuser has to submit their name and a Facebook account or another social media account and an email for verification yet fake accounts abound.

Why can’t people (females mostly) just say no, scream, hit, report to police? Shame? Shame they got drunk or used drugs and were just as interested as the other person and did things they later regret? I’m not assuming this is the case but just trying to understand.

I feel this website will be in heaps of trouble in the very near future.

If you go to the actual website, e.g. College Fix, and the particular article in question, you should see links at the bottom to other articles where people who do these accusations are being held accountable as written in other articles.

Ummmmm, exactly what part of this insane project is anonymous? Frightening to think about the total lack of any moderation and due process. And what method is there to challenge the accuser? Wow, I mean…wow! I can see vigilante groups just salivating over a site like this. The University should be issued a Cease & Desist since the site is representative of their students. Frightening.

What about those peoples that been proven to have lied by falsely accusing a person which ended up ruining their lives. Where is that website?
