In my past experience, and hearing of others dealings with some parole and probation departments, they pull a lot of issues, telling those still on probation or parole, you can or can not do this or that, they make up rules on their own, knowing full well that defendant/parolee/probationer will not challenge in fear of being violated. The judge will say one thing, but the parole/probation officers will ignore whatever the judge said that may favor the defendant. Just like this gentlemen was explaining that he could not be on social media. -just my opinion. thank you
