Recently, two more asylum cases (brought by American asylum seekers), both initially denied and facing deportation, were decided by a German federal judge. We will examine the outcomes of both cases.
This is the first case of the two and it solidifies Germany’s stance against at least one of the torture methods that the Americans use on their victims they brand as “sex offenders”.

Wow that’s quite a development. I hope courts here take judicial notice.
Perhaps the world is finally taking notice of what the US has been doing, and the lies it has used to justify this?
Maybe this will punch a big enough hole in the Illusion of Legitimacy this pogrom has been hiding behind for decades, that other nations will no longer be fooled, but will instead see the inhumanity, and injustice?
I can only hope that is true, and that it will matter.
So this has actually been challenged in our courts and it was decided this is ok?
I live in Arizona and I too had to go through that “therapy”. I can tell you that it was hell!! I finally stopped doing it but told them I was doing it.
After being on “Lifetime Probation” for 11 years, my PO violated me and I told the Judge I didn’t want to go back on Probation and went to AZDOC for 3 years and got off paper.
I read this and thought of the hundreds of thousands of dollars that the U.S. government is spending to gain custody of a person, then the hundreds of thousands of dollars potentially spent for trial and incarceration, for refusing to inhale ammonia. The system is seriously hosed up!
