The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals today scheduled oral argument in the Missouri Halloween sign case. The argument will take place on Tuesday, September 16, on the 28th floor of the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse located at 111 S. 10th Street, St. Louis, Missouri.
