THANKS SO SO MUCH For Placing this on ACSOL Site for our members/community/concerned, this will help as it REALLY IS one of THE Top 3 things to get is safe residential or a house over our head.

I am lucky in my apt community that they no longer run background checks in this HorCal bay area community. Very very overpriced but if you qualify with employment payroll / Bank sav it is allowed.

I really hope this site will assist those that need housing.

THANK YOU

The site sounds great, but you have to create an account to access it. Some people have to report identifiers, and in some cases, go down to the police station to do it!

I was at the NARSOL conference last week where this was presented. Although it’s still in its beginning stages it’s an amazing thing. The only problem I see is that because it works off of Google Maps, it can’t measure property line to property line, only from centroid to centroid. The work around is to add 50-100 feet to the search distance in a urban situation – but if you’re dealing with a rural area with large acreage parcels it can be a problem.
Having said that, I and everyone who’s seen it are impressed.
