Source: ullaw.ca 2/21/26 In a significant decision from Ontario’s Court of Appeal, a man from Vaughan was spared prison time despite possessing a large collection of child pornography. Matthew Elias, who lived with his parents near Steeles Avenue and Hurontario Street, was originally sentenced to house arrest for two years less a day and probation for three years.
