Military sexual trauma survivors can’t sue the government. A new bill could change that. (The 19th News 19 Aug 2026)

Survivors of military sexual trauma have long been barred from suing the government over assaults and the failures that allowed them to happen. A bipartisan bill would give them a path to court.

I have a legitimate question(s). So majority if not all are on the registry and it keeps getting twisted and manipulated and extended etc. At what point does it exhaust itself in the definition of the original purpose as they keep evolving to never find a real legal solution and become dissolved? If ever. Its almost as if a drunkard is blindfolded and throwing darts as another human stands there in front of the dart board bound and gagged against their will. And even aside from that, all this talk about everything is constitutionally vague… wouldn’t that be considered that the whole program is vague by definition and just dissolved at that point on the federal level? It’s pretty obvious that immunities and rubbing elbows are the root of this systemic corruption. I mean how can a cop be accused of a violent offense that would have landed anyone in prison for atleast 10 years just walk away with no conviction? That makes absolutely no sense to me. And it happens every day all over the country. That does not build trust within the community. It’s as if the police have turned into the original gang they began as. Except more corrupt and paid by the mafia boss. How is it that they work and get paid by the government but they are supposed to work for the community? It’s as if the government has an agenda and they are using law enforcement to push that agenda. Doj is not seperate from the fed, and it has not been for a long time. It’s clear this program shows emotional bias in every direction and at every level. But yet how is it that someone peeing in their own backyard with a privacy fence that’s not a police officer gets spied on from a Satellite on Google maps and ends up on the registry but yet a cop that rigs a false warrant to harass and physically assault an ex(mind you he was state police) and it’s all on body cam resigns and moves to another county and never has any charges put against him? How is that a fair justice system? And it’s pretty obvious with the epstein files that there has yet to be any convictions. Epstein was exterminated and prince Edward had his royal title stripped from him… ooo real big punishment. It disgusts me that we are complicite in helping israel. Ridiculous. Immunities and term limits need to change drastically. And politicians need to start doing what’s best for Americans not for themselves. But how is it that all this is going on and the citizens of America is surrounded by an economy that’s collapsing systematically and being controlled by tech oligarchs and narcissistic billionaires and yet nothing is being done? History repeats itself as Rome falls once again. And it’s not the fault of the American people as much as it is that our politicians we put our trust on have sold us in so many ways it goes past an international scale. And using our tax money in the process to enrich themselves while the rest of us deal without proper food and shelter. I thought our government were supposed to help it’s people not suppress them? No department within the system is independent, regardless of what they have to say. Investigative branch complains about how they’re so covered in cases that so called burned documents would take 150 years to decipher it. Or hire your own personal attorney as the head a.g. (huge conflict of interest). Bribing and placing politicians and judges. Pac money and lobbying. Endless term limits and immunities. It needs to stop. All of it. They’re not here to help us like they should be doing. But if the whole system is corrupted, you see that another country is influencing our politicians on every level on a global scale…. how do we change this? How do departments literally and truly become fully independent from one another? George Washington wanted this country to have a system with NO factions. He wanted the poor to have a free education while the rich pay for an education in the finer arts(philosophy, etc). Our system is supposed to operate off of the idea of ethical philosophy to push our country to be best in the world. And yet for decades we’ve seen our government pull the wool over our eyes over and over again and never any REAL and positive solutions to ANYTHING. Something gets corrected and the next administration disconnects that benefit from society. Wasting our time and our tax dollars for global domination. It’s become embarrassing to be an American at times on the global stage. Our farmers are the back bone of our country and yet politicians want to erase farmland to put in building for mass surveillance. Beef is imported and diseased and contains inedible chemicals instead of growing it here. Or they want use cancer cells to print fake meat. USDA and FDA had worked with major companies to shrink the power of farmers by cutting their funds out from under them instead of promoting that farmer. I mean tyson chicken has barns of chickens stacked on top eachother 3 high. Meaning the cleanest is the one on top. Disgusting and yet theyll over look tyson and other major companies that rig the market. It’s honestly baffling how someone can have the conscience to say they are gonna do this great thing and then do the complete opposite. How does someone like that sleep at night? Everything that was afforded to us as a country is slowly being absorbed by the fed in some way and it’s all for money and power. I believe more and more our voting system is even rigged. The legal system is basically turned upside down. It almost as if feels nothing legally can be done. Is it time for another Boston tea party? Me as well as many feel that we need to literally pull everyone out of office and start back over as if George Washington wanted it with people that actually want to do their job for American citizens. Ever since I learned of how G.W. wanted this country to run I haven’t seen things the same. He wanted every American to have the ability to afford the pursuit of happiness without any interference. What happened to that? Oh yeah they started with creating factions and then established more taxes and tariffs after he passed….I’m tired of fighting this corruption every day. It’s exhausting….

I applied, on line, for a renewed passport and received it in one week!! Without any special enforcement.

I am STILL imprisoned by the many year endorsement to change the 288c tier by the CA legislature. It’s never going to happen…

Here’s something to ponder on. How is it that when in the court room a citizen of no government rank can NOT use ‘reputational harm’ when there’s no victim. But yet when a member of law enforcement is caught with their pants down(literally) in office looking at under age and proof of such a thing… they are never registered and spend minimal time in incarceration AND able to use reputational harm? Please make it make sense. The system is clearly broken. Balance of the scales are way out of whack. And now instead of serving your time on the registry and be done has now turned into paying the system too petition? How is it a member of law enforcement can commit a serious act that was illegal that would land anybody else in jail, is able to resign, never convicted, and move to a different county just to be a cop again? Happens alot in danville, ky… they’ll set you up with fake evidence and everything. And there’s nothing you can do… cause the whole state is corrupt. And the legal system knows it….a state trooper set up a fake warrant for his ex in Frankfort. They asked if he needed back up, said no he’ll do it himself. His body camera shows him grabbing the girl off the front porch by her hair and beating her in her front yard all while she’s screaming for help. This man resigned, and was transferred too boyle county(danville) kentucky. Never convicted. EKU asked the fed for grant money to build new dorms… they came and told them they couldn’t get anymore unless they built a criminal justice training center… they complied. Now they are flooded with cops every weekend literally from every county within the state, each driving their own car…. yo be taught how to use psycological manipulation. What if that is taught to the wrong person?(happens every day). They’ll book out entire hotels for a weekend. And ya know they gotta be getting paid for it. And the registry in kentucky costs $6 mil+ just for the program? That’s not including compliance checks, and registry forms being sent out etc. You’re spending tax money run a program that causes more harm than good too a point it psychologically effects society and makes people not even want to work or can’t because of how harsh the public can be…. less tax revenue and forced to become homeless? Then kentucky turns around and makes it illegal to be homeless?! They say there’s funding for the programs needed to get help but when you look it like I have….there is no help. They just want finding for the justice system. Same thing with this immigration bit, it was just an investment. The tubi documentary ‘secrecy’ seriously opened my eyes up too alot that has been going on. I seriously believe that allowing the fed to ‘grant’ the money too the justice system is where the root is. Because the grants have certain guidelines to go by or they won’t get the funding. Looking up the registry, most states are not compliant to the fed standards…. but yet they still get funding? And now Trump has his personal defense attorney as the a.g. and NO ONE has brought up the fact that it’s a conflict of interest especially considering what he is being accused of. This system is corrupted too it’s core. The grass is so tall you can’t see the snakes. ‘Don’t tread on me’ flag was created for good reason. Cut off the head(metaphorically).
