Bad idea…could have gotten out in 10 years for the murder and been free, but now it’s life in the system.
I wonder if the inmates should start refusing to be strip searched so they don’t get accused of indecent exposure.
Sounds like the Sheriff’s policy chief considers giving someone a club membership card to be some kind of punishment!
Also, where are inmates supposed to take care of their business. Isn’t the jail their “house” while they’re incarcerated? How is this considered “public” if you’re never granted any privacy? Someone needs to generate a case on expectation of privacy/prisoner rights or does the legal system expect inmates to live celibate for the entire duration of their sentence (possibly several lifetimes.)
When I was in LA County Jail, there was someone in the dorm I was in, all of us were in on sex related charges, who was flirted with by a female guard. This continued for a couple of weeks. Then, one night while she was working the graveyard shift, she saw that he got up to relieve himself. She made a point of letting him know she was watching, and so he acted on that. Bad idea. It turned out that she had really been setting him up and the two male guards on duty went after him and roughed him up a bit. He ended up with new charges in addition to the ones he was already facing.
These women who take on this type of job know that this sort of thing is going to happen someday.
I was in a Honor Camp serving my time within the Probation Department. There were a few pretty good looking women Probation Officers that would walk through the dorm sleeping area as part of their job. Ya just need to be discrete.
If they are taking on a position like that just to set someone up to F-Up, it’s really a shame. If they understand that in that job they are going to see some stuff they may not like…then so be it.
If you (a woman in a mans world) can’t handle a guy who hasn’t had any love for several months pleasuring himself, then find another job.

Wait a minute! I thought the sex offender registry was designed to “protect public safety”
according to Smith vs Doe. So what’s thing about “sending a message” to the inmate? Let’s disgrace, humiliate, and dishonor this individual with the stigma of being a sex offender.

guard don’t seem to mind degrading you by striping you down , looking all in your bung hole , many women guards seem to love this type of torcher , think its funny and laugh when they do it , hell with them , guards are some of the most sick people I have ever seen
