If they are like any other citizen, why would they need to go to a different shelter? Clearly they are not like any other citizen. As they are not like any other citizen, what kind of citizen are they?
Still not fair, if there was no more registration nobody would know who each other was that’s the way it should be this is America, or was America . If they found some sex offender having an inappropriate relationship with a minor they can just arrest them just like they should arrest a drug dealer trying to give drugs to a minor or a parent beating their child etc. etc. ., I think some parents should do a better job of educating their children about all dangers and keeping a better eye on them I keep a close eye on my pets.

Sorry, there has been a mistake as sex offenders are not allowed on school property. You will need to put your hands behind your back as you are now under arrest….. I would expect that to happen in Floridah.
