I find it hilarious that something that is supposed to very much protect children only applies to people under certain conditions that has nothing to do with the underlying crime, ie when they were convicted.
Being convicted a day after a certain law takes effect doesn’t make the person any more or less dangerous. This is legaleze BS at its finest.
There has not been a single instance of a registrant ever having molested a trick-or-treater. Not one I’ve ever heard of, anyway. Yet, literally every year, kids out on Halloween night are injured or killed by drunk drivers. But that’s not as scary and newsworthy as having boogeymen to fear, is it?
Um, if the exterior light is off, how are you going to read a sign posted on the door that says no candy here? A flashlight, lighter or glow stick maybe? Normally you don’t go to doors with no light on.
Just asking for the dimwitted politician who thought his/her lightbulb idea worked, but forget it was not on in the first place.
This is what happens when you don’t have Janice, Chance, or ACSOL in a state. The same crap that’s overturned and thrown out in other states still applies in this SH**HOLE state because there is NOBODY doing F***ALL about anything in Missouri!!!!!
For everyone in CA, you need to thank your lucky stars you have ACSOL.
