Another victory! Gee wiz; is it just me? Or does this article fail to capture the high trauma/drama the original letter put some of the council members in? And that’s not to mention slanderous statements and outright threats against registrants. Don’t get much stupider/ignorant than the Hesperia city counsel. Did I mention over emotional? Sorry; almost forgot. The article makes it sound like the counsel was diligently moving in all their uprightness to conform to state laws when some unnamed attorney woke up one morning and saw an opportunity and decided to pounce. This is almost a lie by omission of most of the story; the article barley skims the very basics of the story. Oh well. I guess the author does have to work with those people after all.

Thanks Janice & Frank.

The longer these cases drag on the more I find myself shaking my head in wonder.

Congratulations, this is the only way to win, these unjust restrictions must be abolished and challenged each time they are put in place. Good job CARSOL and the members. Each state needs to stand up and fight.

Too bad about the “for a modest financial amount” part.

Congratulations! I hope the team celebrated this victory with a nice bottle of champagne. Many “Thanks” once again for your undying perseverance which gives us encouragement that a brighter future is on the horizon.

So when it all shakes out, are sex offenders allowed to live in Hesperia?
