There is a serial killer at large in Keene, New Hampshire. The killer is targeting individuals whose names and addresses appear on New Hampshire’s Registry of Criminal Offenders and whose residences are pinpointed on the Keene Police Department’s online “CrimeReports” map. This killer has struck twice in the past three months, killing one man and severely maiming another. Jeez, this is where i was heading next. New Hampshire. NOT NOW.
Also, i want to know why this isn’t news anywhere, even in New Hampshire? Not one news story about this. Just a press release.
I suppose people just don’t want to see the truth about how dangerous these data bases are and that they serve no useful purpose.
Also if this was widely reported and get too much attention it would definitely put a crimp in the political opportunists style.
I have always referred to these RSO registries as “hit lists”. Be that from a neighbors kid who feels he can throw eggs at your house, the some thug who wants to find someone to take his frustrations and aggression on for being a loser in life or someone with a delusional god complex like John Walsh who has made a career off of his son’s tragedy, to a full blown psycho serial killer who wants a great place to get his next victim. Lists such as these should NEVER be public…EVER…as they serve no other purpose than to provide… Read more »
Tired of hiding; the registry was exclusively for law enforcement at one time, this was a time when wise heads were in positions of power and influence. The people in positions of power and influence now cant seem to make it on their own merits so they create bogeymen and fear based lies that are, to say the least, destructive to the very fabric of this republic and destroy the lives of good people and their families (this includes their children; their number has to be well over one million)because of one mistake.
The time to act is before someone is killed. Isn’t that what proponents of the registry use as an excuse for listing past offenders?
Unfortunately NO – it is NOT the excuse proponents use for listing past offenders…they claim it is to “protect children”…period. They claim if they can protect ONE child then it justifies the death of any number of sex offenders. Besides…most of those the good “god fearing” population think that death is just fine for sex offenders so they secretly (and some openly) celebrate these murders! In reality we all know it is simply for them to have a “tool” in their bag of tricks to manipulate the public at anytime they need to divert attention from any actual issues they… Read more »
“The state must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people. As long as the government is perceived as working for the benefit of the children, the people will happily endure almost any curtailment of liberty and almost any deprivation.”
Adolf Hitler
Why are our leaders following Hitler, instead of the Constitution?
I think this story should send a message! Its time to remove these databases! IN summary, they not only endanger sex offenders, but they endanger the general public (misidentification), neighbors and family and friends of sex offenders!
If the nightmare of Sandy Hook could not bring about real gun control, I doubt the activity in New Hampshire will bring RSO any relief as far as the public registry goes.
Where is the news coverage? This is being blocked publicly.
People who are on the registry have been being murdered because of community notification since its inception, a nice bit of information about this was published at http://truths-authority-factoids.blogspot.com/2013/01/sex-offender-laws-collateral.html It shows that there is a sharp increase in just murderers. Since Community notification and even more sharper increase after the passage of the AWA. There have been 432 deaths That we know about By the end of the year 2012 without counting suicides and other related deaths.
