Liberty and justice for all – and yes, that includes sex offenders

As thousands of students poured through the Spine and milled about the Student Union on the first day of classes, phones and computers all over campus buzzed and beeped, announcing an incoming email that would set one of their classmates apart.

When SUNY recommended to UB students be contacted directly about the presence of a Level 2 sex offender on campus, it singlehandedly brought an end to the short-lived possibility that ____ ____ could experience a normal school year. Full Article

And that’s how a messed up society can ruin a reputation by fostering animosity towards one individual for a mistake he made. Got to love that he officially never had possession of anything, but his attempt still landed him in hot water. Oh how old exactly was the person he tried to get materials depicting a sexual performance of that individual? The article says under 16, but that could mean 15, 14, 13, 12, 11 or younger.
