What’s not to understand?
The council is going to ask the neighbors whether or not to keep it on the books even though it can not be a law anymore and the police can’t enforce it.
Wow. These people suffer from cognitive dissonance.
Makes no sense to keep a law on the books you don’t enforce because you can’t enforce anymore. Pull it from the books unless you really want to appear in defiance of the courts by keeping it on the books, which then makes you look stupid and only want votes next time your election cycle comes around. The same is said for old laws you don’t enforce also, but that is for another time!
oh please!!! who has ever heard of this 94.94% trash little town filled with hatred and pea minded idiots or rather Deplorables.
