An ordeal for the family, but thankfully reasonable people were placed into positions of authority to right this wrong. Too bad it took so many grueling, long years.

–AJ

Of course Marc Klaas would insist that this guy remain a sex offender for the rest of his life because he is equivalent to the evil psycho who killed his daughter. Good thing for this family that Marc Klaas doesn’t live in Montana!

Agreed, but unfortunately, I live in the same state as Marc Klaas, and since we have no tiered registry at the moment, I am considered equal to that evil psycho in spite of the fact that I was forced into a plea for a charge I didn’t do that was based on an opinion of me rather than real evidence.

Yet, that evil psycho was not a registered sex offender at the time of Polly’s kidnap and murder.

I’ve known of several who had similar convictions and subsequent marriages…ALL of these convictions should be overturned!!!
