“asserting that the home had facilitated the interstate transport of minors for the purpose of sexual assault.” How?? How did the home transport the minors?
So the State will bankrupt you, incarcerate you, take your home and property, brand you a monster and force you to register for the rest of your life….?
America really has become a fascist state! 😡

“The Cassidys agreed to the forfeiture of their residence, which was then awarded to the federal government and eventually sold by the United States Marshals Service.”

If they agreed, it is moot to argue against it.

I wonder under what circumstances they agreed to the forfeiture? And why would they need to agree if, by law, the house was subject to confiscation?

Would love your thoughts, please comment.x
