It’s the problem with laws in general. They don’t deter crime. You’d think Americans would have longed tired of the politician that keeps doing the same thing over and over again, expecting the same results, yet not getting those results. Let’s face it. The purpose of laws is retribution. I don’t know that we’ll ever see common sense legislation.
