And he’s right. Since it’s well established that 97% of sex crime is committed by persons NOT ON THE REGISTRY, at the very least the government should have to show some indication that Kaneshi is likely to be among the 3% before imposing probation terms kicking him out of his own family.

What is so sad is this small island followed our lead and will get caught up as this idiotic nation as it switches course. That is so sad that our own garbage is attractive to others to follow.
Like us the Mariana islands follows poor leadership. 200 Americans rejected by Philippine authorities NOT THE HEADLINES WE AMERICANS WANT!

I am in a similar situation, I am married and my husband is a sex offender. I have children but they live with their dad. His PO sent him back to prison because we got married. Idk what to do
