If only someone could go to one of these and get their federal record cleared

is northern California the only place to attend? I’m from southern California, if not, can something be set for the hundreds that can or have the same thought as myself, would love more info but find it extremely difficult to make that seminar, on that day, and at that time, thank you.

You can find the forms for 1203.4 yourself online. This is only applicable if you did county time i.e. less than a year. I filed it myself in LA county. Grab your docket and grab letters from anyone who will help out.

Good luck! It does get better!

can I ask, since you filed it yourself, were you successful in reducing from felony to misdemeanor? or is there even lower than that misdemeanor? I didn’t know so that’s why I’m very interested, 2021 I’ll be able to petition, relief from registration, and did 8 months, county, no prison , thank for the info & help

I filed my 17b and 1203.4 myself. I was successful. Sometimes the court venue makes a difference. I filed in San Francisco even though my adjudication was in Orange County (I had my probation and case transferred to SF. Probation was a cakewalk.)
Not sure how filing would be today. I noticed that there are now multiple forms for reduction and expungement. When I filed in 2014, it was just a single form.

Would love your thoughts, please comment.x
