FL: Volusia councilman seeks to strengthen sex offender ordinances

On Tuesday, a Volusia County commissioner is expected to propose new rules to crack down on local sex offenders. District Three Councilman Danny Robins told News 6 that he wants to make the county safer, so he compiled data from law enforcement agencies including the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Volusia county looking to expand 1000 feet to 1500 feet! Feel good laws back at it!!!

No, he didn’t. He cherry picked and misrepresented data to support his political campaign. These things are desperate acts by politicians that have nothing else to show for their time in office.

It’s time for politicians to actually use stats instead of cherry pick supporting their agenda. Tired of them telling me they support freedom, while peeing on freedom and embracing tyranny. Time to hold them accountable to speak the truth on facts or they need to shut up and start writing fantasy books.
