  • Florida lawmakers passed a bill to increase penalties for child sexual abuse crimes.
  • The bill also targets AI-generated child sexual abuse material, making its creation and transmission a second-degree felony.
  • It replaces the term “child pornography” with “child sexual abuse material” in state law.

HB 1159, sponsored by Rep. Berny Jacques, R-District 59, increases penalties for adults using children in a sexual performance from a second-degree felony to a first-degree felony with a mandatory minimum …

Let’s be honest for a moment, this is all about “getting even” and not justice. All these laws do is use outrage to circumvent the constitution under the guise of justice and to dole out retrubution and retaliation. And I dare say they’re pontificating the well-being, imagery and importance of children with Christ-like deity.

here is a good one… How are they going to DETERMINE if the AI generated image is a 17 yr old or a 18 yr old ? They surely cant use the phrase every image “view” the victim gets more victimized… as the AI IMage isnt a victim… and can the get the person in the AI IMAGE to testify they were 17 ? as compared to 18 ? Now obviously a AI Image that looks say 10, yea but still where is the victim ? can we get testimony from them ? Also another example ASIANS they ALWAYS look a LOT younger than they really are !! ALWAYS example there is a YT channel Max n Yos… well YOS is like 29 or 30 maybe i dont recall…. He looks 16 !! (obv that isnt porn) but point is someone can look really young and still be of age. Even a “expert” can only assume.

How many of these AI images come from the United States and not scam farms overseas? Stop posting your children’s faces and bodies on social media.

Everything in Florida is over the top when it comes to any type of crime. They are too far into madness. If they would focus on deporting all the illegal aliens their crimes would be cut in half. The long term prison sentences their criminal judges impose should be forced upon the judge and they should be locked up to know the pain they caused.
