Roderick is a scum-sucking idiot, we all agree. But there was something FAR more chilling in this rigamarole.

A spokesman for Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne said last year that no complaints about the websites could be located. Documents obtained by Call 12 for Action show some complaints were routed to the attorney general’s criminal division and community outreach and education division.

While I applaud Janice’s heroic efforts in exposing this reprobate to the civil court system, AG Tom Horne’s decision to not follow through on harassment charges that, if the aggressor/victim roles were reversed, would have made this case his top priority to milk the “hate RSO” meme, is extremely appalling. Frankly, I find his lack of action on this matter more insidious than Roderick’s.

Although laws in most states make it a crime to misuse official sex-offender databases, no law-enforcement agency, including the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, has taken criminal action against Rodrick over the websites, records show.

And there’s the problem folks!

I’m somewhat relieved; but dumfounded as to why no law enforcement agency has taken criminal against Rodrick or any other operators of similar sites. This needs to be done. These kinds of sites need to be shut down. As one of the “John Doe’s” in this case I can attest to the devastating results caused by these web sites. And how is it the complaints seem to be mysteriously overlooked by the attorney generals criminal division? Even though my life has been devastated by this creeps business practices I doubt I’ll ever see a nickel, I just want the same thing Galvez does; the sites taken down. I also hope these court decisions have set a strong enough precedent that can be used against other sites that publish my information despite the fact that I’m not on the state web site. I’ve felt the effects of this man’s web sites for years and I’m still unsure if I’ll ever be able to rebuild anything that resembles a self sufficient life or undo any of the damage this man has caused in my life.
