Wow, that guy dodged a major bullet. There are people on the registry for far less offensive behavior.
Kudos to the defense attorney here who was able to negotiate a relatively light sentence and the judge for allowing it. Hopefully he will be able to spend the time in jail constructively and get his life back in order.
As for the tea-bag-ee, how typical that he has filed a lawsuit against the burger joint.
