FL: Motion to Alter or Amend filed in Ex Post Facto Plus Case

To my knowledge the major pieces of sex offender legislation, named after (cute, white) kids, are the Jacob Wetterling Act, Megan’s Law, Jessica’s Law and the Adam Walsh Act. All four kidnapped and murdered (at least 3). 2 cases unsolved, never found for evidence.
So the reasonable person would infer that these laws have to do with child abductors and murderers. Ha!
How this has turned into a witch hunt involving people who may have downloaded some photos, touched a young child inappropriately, had a slightly underage girlfriend / relationship will be one of the great mysteries of this century and nothing short of a magic trick.
