PFML’s list of contributors proudly includes at least $50k from convicted criminal Dean Skelos

If I was Laura Ahearn, I’d send that fifty grand or so back to convicted criminal Dean Skelos. It is equally interesting the biggest contributors are politicians; in fact, only three of the 15 listed donors of $25k+ are businesses. Full Article

These facts are disturbing and furthermore, disgusting. If someone who wasn’t “connected” acted as Laura has and does, they might be brought up on charges. Laura being Laura. She needs serious help.

There’s laws against improper search and seizure and some courts have already decided against law enforcement secreting attaching these devices on vehicles. SCOTUS came down on the side of privacy in the Jones case. Now if an RSO is required to be gps monitored as terms of supervision, then the practice would be legal especially if the person agreed to have his vehicle under gps

A private investigator (PI) can GPS your car without a warrant, the Jones Case only placed the restriction on law enforcement. Maybe this is what they are doing in hopes of getting around the law.

Problem is, they are under contract by the government, and thus would be considered state agents if PFML has a licensed in-house PI. This would make them liable under Jones in my opinion. If they sub-contracted out the GPS to a PI outside PFML, that might still be considered acting as a state agent depending on how far removed they are from PFML, but I am unsure and a court might not buy it.

Just keep in mind a PI generally is not a government agent and the constitution does not apply to them. There may be local and state laws that prohibit such action from ordinary citizens, but might make an exception for a licensed PI.

they might will do it after all RSO don’t have much resource to sue back in court.

Interesting. Now that really sucks to know……kind of like the military outsourcing to private contractors to get around the Geneva Convention on torture

US Senator Charles E. Schumer is also a major PFML supporter, and he gave public support to Brigitte Harris, a woman who tied up, murdered, and mutilated her father and used the abuse claims to curry public support.

    PFML keeps strange bedfellows.
