Awesome short film!!!!! Thank you.

Thank you, Janice and ALL who participate in this action! We all should bind together and fight back!

Very professionally made video. There is such talent in the registrant community. Very sad that the dominant society has been brainwashed to reject the reintegration of registrants. It comes at a great cost to our nation, not the least of which is the denial of opportunities for creative and talented people that would enrich society as a whole. Thank you for making this great video!

well said!

Thanks for your comments ‘4sensiblepolicies’. I used to be in TV news and radio so I’ve used these talents to create important documentaries and film projects through my company Metamora Films. It’s ironic…I have these great talents (not to brag) but I can’t even get a normal job here in Utah. It seems to be even harder now to find stable employment even after so many years since my conviction.

We need to educate employers. There needs to be some type of program that educates managers, corporate big wigs and even small business owners about registrants and ex-felons attempting to reentry back into society and to be able to provide for their families. I know there’s some tax benefits in some states when you hire ex-felons but that’s not enough. And the Ban the Box Campaign, as far as I know, does not exclude the question on job applications about criminal history for privately owned companies.

It’s nice to see you on here Matt.

Well done. Janice is a ROCK STAR … there are many issues she could have fought ~ but, she chose this, why? Was it a coincidence meeting Frank Lindsay (?), maybe, maybe not. Thank you Janice from all of us … although there are many road blocks/laws yet to be challenged and fought there are many that you have helped along the way & WON. And, I speak that from a very PERSONAL perspective … our lives in Cypress, CA would NOT have been the same without YOU. Today, after five long years of not knowing what would happen with the ‘residency restrictions’ … today, we live in PEACE, finally. THANK YOU JANICE!!

Hmm if they do this to a transgender…what will they do to a registrant or the their family. VERY important message being sent here by Dubai

Would love your thoughts, please comment.x
